I have not hired a professional to help me with the “Branding” part of my business. I do understand how it works and why it is so important to establish a brand that clients and potential clients will recognize and know right away whose business it belongs to. I have a lot to learn and a lot of kinks to get worked out in my business venture.  A few years ago I hired a business mentor. That was a great experience for me. I grew a lot personally and she also worked with me to begin establishing the basics of my brand.

I am saying all this because recently I feel like my “brand” is all over the place. I recently purchased a new computer (I’m LOVING it) and am still in the process of getting everything transferred and downloaded to my new one. I rarely work on my old one anymore and sometimes life happens and it just takes time to get it all back in order.

If you are an observant person or a font junkie you may have noticed I have recently been all over the board with my fonts. Maybe it doesn’t matter to you, but it matters to me. I have had a hard time locating one of the fonts I used in my logo and therefore getting my watermark set back up has just been a slow process. This is important so that people will see and recognize instantly whose work they are looking at. Hang in there with me. I’ll be back up and to speed one day soon!

Also, I’m working on setting up online photo ordering for you! I am excited about it and I think you are going to love it. You will receive an online album of your photos with a password. You will be able to email that to all of your family and friends and everyone can order photos via the internet. So much easy than the previous method.

I have done enough typing for one day. One of my fingers has a giant band aid on it due to me sawing through it with a knife. Typing is really awkward.  Please join me tomorrow for another styled magazine shoot.
